How Keyra works
Use your email and password, a passkey, or your Google account.
Sign inAsk to join one of your company groups in under a minute.
Create accountA company admin reviews the request, then you land in the workspace for your role.
Built for teams that take security seriously
Everything a group needs to share access without sharing risk.
Encrypted at rest
Every secret is encrypted with AES-256 and a per-account key before it reaches the database. Nothing is stored in plain text.
Built-in approvals
Company admins and super admins review every access request, so nothing joins the vault unchecked.
Isolated workspaces
Every company gets its own vault and member list, kept fully separate from every other team.
Passkeys and passwords
Sign in with a fingerprint, face unlock, or security key. Your biometrics stay on your device and never reach us.
Access you can revoke
Admins decide who sees which credential, and can take that access back the moment a person changes teams.
Private by design
No advertising, no tracking pixels, no profiling. Keyra is an internal tool, not a product that monetises your data.
How Keyra uses Google data
Signing in with Google is optional; email and password work just as well. If you do use it, here is exactly what Keyra receives and what it does with it.
- What we ask for
- Only the basic sign-in scopes: openid, email, and profile. That gives us your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account ID.
- What we never ask for
- Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Contacts, and every other Google API. Keyra cannot read your mail, files, or calendar because it never requests permission to.
- What we do with it
- Identify you, create or match your Keyra account, and route you to your workspace. Nothing else. It is never used for advertising or model training.
- How you take it back
- Revoke Keyra from your Google Account permissions page at any time, or email us to delete your account outright.
Keyra's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
